Job summary

Prestar Resources Berhad is seeking an Automation Solution Business Development Executive to drive growth in Rawang, Selangor. You will identify leads, manage a sales pipeline for ASRS and 4-way shuttle systems, and coordinate with engineers and integrators to deliver compelling proposals.

The role covers tender management, client meetings, site visits, and relationship building with logistics, 3PL, FMCG, e-commerce, and manufacturing partners. Fresh graduates welcome; travel required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field (Fresh graduates welcome).
• Strong understanding of warehouse racking and automation systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings.
• 3–8 years of experience in automation, ASRS, intralogistics, or engineering-based sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop new leads and manage a sales pipeline for ASRS and shuttle systems.
• Analyze customer warehouse operations and propose automation solutions.
• Prepare concept layouts and system proposals with engineering teams.
• Present technical and commercial proposals to clients.
• Coordinate RFQs, tenders, and project handover after order award.
