Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in automation, mechanical systems, or related fields.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, electrical controls, and PLC programming.
• Knowledge of automation principles, industrial robotics, and control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated systems and solutions tailored to manufacturing processes and operational requirements.
• Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and documentation using CAD software and automation design tools.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed automation projects.
• Integrate mechanical components, pneumatic systems, electrical controls, and sensors for optimal automation functionality.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of automated systems to meet performance specs.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance departments.
• Provide technical support and training to operational staff on automated equipment.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimisation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of automation systems and maintenance records.
