Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, pneumatic systems, or industrial automation is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Experience in SOLIDWORK, AUTOCAD, 2D, 3D & assembly drawings for robotics & automation systems.
• Generate 3D CAD files, detailed drawings, prototyping & manufacturing support as required by customer.
• Design/conceptualise based on customer requirements.
• Perform hands-on mechanical assembly, installation, modification, and alignment of machinery and automation systems.
• Carry out machine setup, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
• Coordinate and supervise installation, testing and commissioning at customer sites.
• Create project documentation such as drawings, BOM, technical specifications, and manuals.
• Work with robotics, electrical and software teams during system integration and testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience In SOLIDWORK, AUTOCAD, 2D, 3D & Assembly Drawings For Robotics & Automation System
• Generate 3D CAD File, Detailed Drawings (Based On Engineering Ethic) & Specification, Prototyping & Product Manufacturing Support As Required By Customer
• To Design / Conceptualise Based On Customers' Requirement & Specification
• Perform Hands-On Mechanical Assembly, Installation, Modification, Fitting & Alignment Of Machinery & Automation System
• Carry Out Machine Setup, Testing, Troubleshooting And Rectification During Assembly, FAT, Installation & Commissioning
• Coordinate & Supervise Installation, Testing & Commissioning Activities At Customer Sites
• Create Project Documentation Such As Drawings, BOM, Technical Specifications, Operation & Maintenance Manual For The System
• Work Closely With Robotics, Electrical & Software Teams During System Integration, Testing And Commissioning
