Job summary

STMicroelectronics Malaysia is seeking a proactive, entry-level Automation & Recruitment Support specialist to enhance hiring experience and vendor management across our Johor operations.

You will assist automation engineers in day-to-day operations, collaborate cross-functionally to integrate solutions, and help monitor system performance for continuous improvement. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as semiconductor experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent vocational certification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged; experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrates a proactive, hands-on, and self-driven mindset.
• Willing and able to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist automation engineers in day-to-day operation support on factory automation equipment
• Collaborate with various team to integrate automation solution with existing system
• Monitor the performance of automated system for continuous improvement and optimization
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment.
