Job summary

Huawei Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd invites applications for a Network Engineer in its Fresh Graduate Program/Internship Opportunity.

The role covers post-sales implementation, technical support, and optimization of IP and Optical networks across customer environments. The position requires a bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Computer & Software Engineering or related fields, with an emphasis on networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Computer & Software Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in networking/telecom is an added advantage.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with multiple vendors/contractors.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-sales project implementation and technical support for IP/Optical networks.
• Analyze network performance and optimize architecture; resolve complex issues.
• Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting for Huawei network products.
• Conduct network planning, design, and engineering.
• Provide technical solutions and product training to customers when required.

Job description

Network Engineer (Fresh Graduate Program/Internnship Opportunity)

Perform post-sales project implementation and technical support such as installing, configuring, implementing, commissioning and integration of technical solution (IP network/Optical network) to establish sustainable network infrastructure.

Involves in analyzing network performance, resolve complex problem, and optimize architecture for IP network/Optical network.

Performs analysis of network/system needs and evaluates network/system hardware and software requirements and capabilities and makes recommendations. Conducts network planning, network architecture design and engineering.

Integrates and schematically depicts communication architectures, topologies, hardware, software, transmission, and signaling links and protocols into complete network configurations.

Providing technical support to customers through remote and on-site trouble-shooting on Huawei network products.

Support equipment health check service for software and hardware inspection if required by maintenance or professional service team.

Carry out network design, planning, and optimization

Provide technical solution and product training to customer when required

Candidate Requirement

Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, Computer & Software Engineering or other related fields

Experience in networking and telecommunication, such as familiarity of telecommunication work system is an added advantage

Excellent team spirits with outstanding communications and interpersonal skills in dealing with multiple vendors and contractors.

Detail oriented and technical oriented, passionate in resolving challenging technical issues.

Must be able to travel to overseas for business support
