Job summary

Hforce International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for the Australia team in Johor. The role focuses on delivering premium service from enquiry to delivery, liaising with Sales, Production, Planning, and Logistics.

You will handle orders, inquiries, and after-sales support while maintaining strong customer relationships and accurate records. A diploma or degree and 2+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Customer Service, Marketing, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, order management, or related role.
• Excellent spoken and written English communicating with Australian customers.
• Experience in manufacturing, furniture, or related industries is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, website enquiries, live chat, and other channels.
• Manage enquiries, quotations, sales orders, and amendments accurately and efficiently.
• Build relationships with Australian customers, understanding project requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Warehouse to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor order progress and provide timely updates on schedules and delays.
• Handle product enquiries, warranty claims, and after-sales support.
• Assist with product information, specifications, finishes, sizes, and custom-made solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication history.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and internal processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and team goals.
• Perform other duties as required.
