• Event Production: Plan, set up, and operate audio/visual equipment for live events, conferences, and presentations, ensuring high-quality sound and visual experiences.
• Equipment Management: Maintain and troubleshoot AV equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition and available for use.
• Collaboration: Work closely with banquet team & events planning teams to support their AV needs and ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms.
• Training & Support: Provide training and support to staff on AV equipment and best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of presentations and events.
• Quality Control: Review and edit audio/visual materials to ensure clarity, quality, and alignment with project goals.
