Job summary

Central Vista (M) Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Production Supervisor to assist the factory manager in maintaining production flow and resolving issues across departments. You will coordinate daily activities, ensure safety, quality, and adherence to standards, and drive continuous improvement.

You will oversee machine maintenance, manpower planning, inventory, and training for unskilled operators while maintaining high output with low rejection. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1–3 years of relevant production experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Assist factory manager in handling and resolving any disputes or problems that occur in production.

Ensure smooth running of the day-to-day production operation of various departments in the factory.

Coordinate daily production activities.

Responsible for implementation of Company Food Safety System in the production areas.

Responsible for the maintenance of machines.

Conduction of equipment and materials inspection as per checklist.

Responsible for manpower arrangement.

Responsible for inventory management.

Review, assess and improve production performance and requirement.

Responsible for identifying training needs and providing training to unskilled operators.

Ensure higher production output with low rejection.

Ensure good housekeeping and proper handling, storage and preservation of the product at all related area

Ensure that production operation meet with ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP and HALAL standards.

Any other task that may be assigned.

Requirement

At least Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma1-3 years of relevant

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Knowledge of using computers and/or smart devices and Microsoft application.

Good communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Strong leadership, drive for results, detail oriented and problem-solving skills are essential.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Able to work beyond normal working hours when needed.
