Job summary

CIMB in Kuala Lumpur seeks a team member to assist in validating strategies and workflows by gathering feedback from stakeholders and customers. You will help produce the Business Transformation Pack, including end-to-end workflow journeys, roadmaps, and success metrics.

• Support the production of the Business Transformation Pack, including: End-to-end workflow journey; Product roadmap; Success metrics.
• Conduct research and benchmarking on industry best practices, customer trends, and competitor strategies.
• Prepare visual dashboards and reports to communicate blueprint progress and alignment to stakeholders.
• Coordinate workshops and design sessions with Business stakeholders for input and alignment; Experience Design and Solution Architecture teams to ensure they understand and strategic direction for prototypes and technical designs.
• Support governance processes by maintaining accurate documentation for approvals and compliance.
