Job summary

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, decision-making capabilities, and stakeholder engagement to deliver high-quality solutions on time and in accordance with defined expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all user stories are clearly defined and development ready.
• Establish and validate comprehensive acceptance criteria
• Align user stories with product goals and technical feasibility.
• Gather and refine user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and strategic priorities.
• Maintain backlog hygiene to support iterative delivery and clarity.
• Work closely with SMEs, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, developers, and vendors.
• Facilitate consistent alignment among internal and external teams.
• Support Agile ceremonies and promote shared ownership of deliverables.
• Act as the voice of the customer during product development.
• Interface directly with users to capture needs and feedback.
• Integrate user insights into iterative product enhancements.
• Utilize platforms such as Microsoft Office, Figma, and spreadsheets, JIRA, Confluence and etc.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation and transparency across workstreams.
• Act as back-up of cross functional unit as and when needed.
• Guide backlog prioritization discussions to meet project milestones.
• Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.

Job Requirements:
