AEON Bank is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end product delivery from idea through launch and refinement. You will translate customer needs into innovative digital solutions while aligning with business goals.

In this role, you will collaborate with business, technology, and UX teams to define the product strategy, manage the roadmap, and drive data-driven decisions to improve customer value and market competitiveness in Malaysia.

Qualifications

A Product Manager (PM) plays a pivotal role, driving the end-to-end success of a product. From the spark of an idea through to its launch and continuous refinement, the PM ensures that the product not only meets business goals but also provides value that resonates with customers.

Positioned at the crossroads of business strategy, technology, and user experience, the PM works to harmonize these elements, transforming customer needs into innovative digital solutions. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, the PM leads the integration of these solutions, ensuring they meet customer expectations while supporting the company’s broader objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and define the product vision and long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the product direction is aligned with the company’s goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Create and manage a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones, features, and deliverables.
• Continuously refine the roadmap based on changing market conditions, customer feedback, and internal priorities.
• Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity in product requirements and deliverables.
• Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights, providing clear communication of product updates and progress.
• Monitor the development progress, address bottlenecks, and ensure that product launches are timely and meet quality standards.
• Perform competitive analysis to understand market positioning and identify areas for innovation.
• Utilize data insights to inform product decisions and refine the roadmap.
• Manage expectations across the organization, ensuring that stakeholders are updated on product progress, risks, and timelines.
• Ensure proper documentation such as terms & conditions, training, and support materials for the Operational team are in place for a successful launch.
• Monitor the product post-launch to address any issues, gather feedback, and roll out further enhancements as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in a related field, demonstrating a solid track record of success
• Experience within start-up environments with the ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic settings
• Creative and innovative mindset, with a focus on delivering impactful product solutions
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, adept at navigating complex challenges with strategic foresight
• Project management expertise, with a hands-on approach to driving initiatives from inception to completion
• Strong business acumen, with a customer-centric approach that ensures alignment with organisational goals
• Hands-on product development experience, strongly preferred, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in bringing products to market
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels
