KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interview stakeholders and users to understand the problem space and define problem statements
• Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding for product initiatives
• Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress and drive outcomes
• Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to deliver business value
• Create product roadmaps and collaborate with teams to achieve timely delivery of goals
• Work with designers and engineers to develop, test, and release products
• Measure outcomes and continuously iterate products based on data and feedback
• Engage with and support users to drive adoption and product success

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record of driving business outcomes through product work
• End-to-end experience working with design and engineering teams to build and ship products
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage high-level stakeholders and competing priorities
• Ability to work independently under pressure and prioritize to meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate business problems into product strategy
• Comfortable with ambiguity and iterative problem-solving

NICE-TO-HAVE

• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq, or similar product management tools
• Computer Science, Product Management, or related degree or diploma
• Certifications in Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional, or similar
