Job summary

CXS Analytics in Malaysia seeks a Product Owner/Manager with 5+ years' experience to own enterprise SaaS products, manage the backlog in Jira, and translate customer needs into actionable features.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success; lead sprint planning, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, and ensure release readiness with thorough documentation in Confluence. Strong AI/ SaaS exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership.
• Proven success delivering complex enterprise SaaS implementations.
• Experience developing, implementing, or supporting AI-powered products.
• Strong track record with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strategic thinker balancing operational excellence and client advocacy.
• Expert proficiency in Jira for backlog management and sprint planning.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Experience in SaaS Talent/HR tech; B2G experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the B2B product backlog in Jira.
• Prioritize features based on business value, customer impact, and strategic alignment.
• Write clear user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
• Ensure backlog is groomed and sprint-ready at least 2 sprints ahead.
• Balance new features, technical debt, and bug fixes in backlog.
• Participate in sprint planning with Engineering Manager.
• Coordinate with Product Design for design specifications.
• Review delivered features and accept/reject based on acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Consultants to gather customer requirements.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Communicate product roadmap and release plans to stakeholders.
• Support Sales and Customer Success with product information.
• Coordinate release planning and communication.
• Maintain product documentation in Confluence.
• Create release notes and feature announcements.
• Support UAT coordination with Product Consultants.

2. Sprint Planning & Development Handoff (I-01 Interface)

• Participate in sprint planning with Engineering Manager
• Provide clear requirements and answer development team questions
• Coordinate with Manager, Product Design for design specifications
• Review delivered features and accept/reject based on acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with Product Consultants to gather customers requirements
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements
• Communicate product roadmap and release plans to stakeholders
• Support Sales and Customer Success with product information
• Participate in Product & Technology (P&T) Committee

4. Release & Documentation

• Coordinate release planning and communication
• Maintain product documentation in Confluence
• Create release notes and feature announcements
• Support UAT coordination with Product Consultants (I-03 interface support)
