• Support SOPs, CAPA, and continuous improvement projects; ensure GxP compliance and timely documentation.

The Associate, Manufacturing Production Process Engineering, is primarily responsible for designing, developing, and implementing efficient production processes for mass production. You will conduct tests, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on technical specifications, requiring technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and reliability.**Job responsibilities:*** Responsible to ensure calibration activities are performed efficiently to ensure plant wide equipment/ machinery/ instruments are in calibrated state* Perform calibration datasheet/ certificate review, IMTE registration and support ad-hoc calibration activities.* Monitor and support 3rd party calibration activities such as request quotation, raise purchase requisition (PR), follow up PO* progress, service request report closure, shipment progress, arrange schedule for on-site calibration job and deal with vendor for any calibration issues.* Ensure all calibration documents and practices are in compliance to applicable procedures and quality standards* Analyze and enhance IMTE performance, accuracy, stability, serviceability and improvement opportunity on system/ IMTE.* Investigate and provide permanent solution - repair, troubleshooting to fix any failure result from equipment/ system/ process* Ensure SOP Periodic review, NCI, CAPA and EC closure are performed timely.* Participant / support in improvement projects for continuous improvement such as cost savings, process optimization and improve process efficiency.* Apply technical knowledge to perform tasks and support project goals effectively* Design, develop, and implement new or revised production processes for efficient mass production, including the arrangement of manufacturing equipment for optimal layout and the sequence of production operations* Specify procedures for fabricating applicable tools and equipment and adapt machinery in response to factory conditions* Conduct tests throughout all production stages to control variables and solve production problems* Provide guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications to best use equipment and manufacturing techniques* Ensure production processes and procedures comply with regulations, adhering to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring quality control, and completing required training* Follow procedures with some decision-making authority, requiring job-related training and attention to detail* Meet individual job requirements and contribute to overall organizational compliance* Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance* All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training.* Associates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization.* Compliance with regulatory requirements and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential to our operations.**Minimum requirement:**- Diploma/Degree in any relevant engineering- 2-3 years of experience in Production Engineering/Process Engineering- Good to have experience in performing calibration activities- Skilled in maintaining machines
