Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Associate in Manufacturing Production Process Engineering to design, develop, and implement efficient mass‑production processes. You will perform tests, troubleshoot issues and guide on technical specs to improve equipment usage and reliability.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in engineering and 2–3 years in Production/Process Engineering, with good calibration experience and machine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in engineering required.
• 2-3 years in Production/Process Engineering.
• Calibrations experience and machine maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure calibration activities are performed efficiently to keep plant equipment in calibration state.
• Review calibration datasheets, IMTE registration, and support ad-hoc calibration activities.
• Coordinate 3rd party calibration vendors: quotation requests, PRs, PO tracking, and on-site scheduling.
• Support SOPs, CAPA, and continuous improvement projects; ensure GxP compliance and timely documentation.
