Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities and Duties :-

• 1 Plan, design, and optimize assembly processes, tools, and workflows to meet production and quality targets.
• 2 Analyze pProcess performance data and implement improvements to reduce defects, downtime, and costs.

• 1 Factory-based role with frequent presence on the assembly floor.
• 2 Standard working hours with possible overtime during project launches or production ramp-up.
• 3 Mandatory use of PPE in operational areas.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

• 1 Assembly Line Efficiency: ≥ 90% target uptime and productivity.
• 2 Defect Rate: ≤ 1% of total production output.
• 3 Process Improvement Implementation: At least 2 major process enhancements per quarter.
• 4 Downtime Reduction: Maintain unplanned downtime below 3% of total operating time.
• 5 Compliance: Zero safety or ISO non-conformances in assembly processes.
