We are looking for a motivated and experienced Associate - HR Operations to join our Human Resources team. The role will support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth and timely delivery of HR services across the organisation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and general HR administration.
Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
Support the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions, resignations, and exit formalities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate attendance, leave, overtime, and other employee-related records.
Coordinate with payroll teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Handle employee queries and provide timely support on HR policies, benefits, leave, attendance, and other HR matters.
Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities, including interview coordination, documentation, and joining formalities.
Prepare HR letters, employment-related documents, reports, and correspondence.
Ensure proper maintenance and updating of the HRMS and employee databases.
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR-related activities.
About you
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR Operations.
Good knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
Working knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and statutory requirements.
Experience with HRMS, attendance systems, and Microsoft Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of assigned HR activities.
