Responsibilities

• Support the operation and maintenance of network systems and devices to ensure stable performance and service availability.
• Continuously monitor network performance and system alerts to detect and respond to issues proactively.
• Respond to incidents and alerts in a timely manner, following standard operating procedures for resolution or escalation.
• Assist in ensuring SLA targets are met by tracking incident progress and updates.
• Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on network infrastructure to minimize service disruption.
• Manage and maintain tickets in the system, ensuring accurate logging, timely updates, and proper documentation.
• Assist in preparing operational reports, including incident logs, uptime performance, and service metrics.
• Support project execution activities such as new link activation, testing, and POP setup.
• Carry out basic installation and configuration of network devices (e.g. switches, routers, firewalls and etc)
• Execute service requests including activation, suspension, and termination based on approved tickets

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Engineer, Network Operation Centre (NOC) to support day-to-day network monitoring, incident management, and operational support. This role plays a key part in ensuring network stability, service availability, and timely incident resolution.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, IT, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in NOC, network support, or IT operations (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, WAN, fiber connectivity)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems is an advantage
• Exposure to telecom or ISP environment is a plus
• Willingness to work in a shift-based environment (24/7 operations)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to respond quickly to incidents
• Good communication and coordination skills
