Job summary

Singtel KL Sudong MY Sdn Bhd, part of Singtel, is launching its Global Business Services Center in Kuala Lumpur. This role is in Enterprise Service Delivery & Operations and owns the health of managed systems, networks and hybrid-cloud services, leading 24x7 NOC delivery and serving as Tier-2 escalation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems is required.
• 2–4 years in IT Service Management with network and systems experience.
• Strong networking, systems, VMware, storage, and virtualization skills.
• Ability to apply ITIL incident, problem, change, and service management processes.
• Experience supporting NOC, data centre, infra-operations, or managed services.
• Ability to lead or mentor 24x7 operational teams while managing priorities.
• Experience with public cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily NOC operations to maintain continuous 24x7 monitoring and support of system, network, and hybrid-cloud services.
• Coordinate shift engineers, handovers, escalations, and work priorities to meet operational procedures and service commitments.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, incidents, and service requests to ensure timely response, resolution, and service restoration.
• Act as the primary Tier 2 escalation point for complex infrastructure issues, working with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
• Improve team and service performance through technical coaching, incident trend analysis, risk reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
