Job summary

TMI Container Line Sdn Bhd in Klang, Malaysia is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager / Warehouse Supervisor to lead a 6-person team across inbound, staging, put-away and outbound operations. You will oversee MHE operations, maintain inventory accuracy in the WMS/ERP system, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse/logistics, a valid forklift certification, and knowledge of DOSH/JKKP safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience in 3PL or bulk commodities is preferred.
• Possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian DOSH/JKKP workplace safety standards.
• OSH Coordinator / OSH-C certification is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ground operations and lead a team of 6 warehouse staff across inbound receiving, staging, put-away, and outbound loading.
• Oversee Material Handling Equipment (MHE) operations, including forklifts and reach trucks, and ensure strict preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy within the WMS/ERP system for bulk pallet storage of approximately 2,000 pallets.
• Supervise container un-stuffing, flatbed lorry loading and unloading, and document verification, including DOs, Tally Sheets, and Gate Passes.
• Act as the site Safety Lead by enforcing DOSH/JKKP regulations, HIRARC protocols, and daily workplace safety practices.
