Job summary

TMI Container Line Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable Warehouse Supervisor in Malaysia to lead a 6-person team across inbound, staging, put-away and outbound loading. You will oversee MHE operations, ensure maintenance schedules, and maintain inventory accuracy within the WMS/ERP for about 2,000 pallets.

The role demands 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehousing or logistics, a valid forklift certification, and strong knowledge of DOSH/JKKP safety standards. OSH-C is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience in 3PL or bulk commodities is preferred.
• Possess a valid Forklift Operator Certification.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian DOSH/JKKP workplace safety standards.
• OSH Coordinator / OSH-C certification is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and lead a team of 6 staff across receiving, staging, put-away, and outbound loading.
• Oversee MHE operations, including forklifts and reach trucks, with preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain inventory accuracy in the WMS/ERP for bulk pallet storage of approximately 2,000 pallets.
• Supervise container un-stuffing, lorry loading/unloading, and document verification (DOs, Tally Sheets, Gate Passes).
• Act as site Safety Lead by enforcing DOSH/JKKP regulations and safety practices.

• Maintain inventory accuracy within the WMS/ERP system for bulk pallet storage of approximately 2,000 pallets.

• Supervise container un-stuffing, flatbed lorry loading and unloading, and document verification, including DOs, Tally Sheets, and Gate Passes.

• Act as the site Safety Lead by enforcing DOSH/JKKP regulations, HIRARC protocols, and daily workplace safety practices.
