Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Product Manager for the Group SME Banking segment. You will develop and implement new lending programs to support steering direction and strengthen market share.

You will review program effectiveness, conduct training, and drive campaigns to boost sales productivity and product take-up while ensuring smooth sales processes and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Develop and implement new / enhanced products & services to meet customer needs.
• Renew existing product offerings to ensure continued relevance of value proposition.
• Involve in key initiatives to assist GSME Banking to achieve its revenue and profit growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new lending programs to support Group SME Banking strategic direction and value proposition to customer to gain market share
• Regular review on lending programs effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement
• Conduct product programs related training
• Initiate and develop campaigns to drive sales productivity and product take-up rates.
• Review on operational flows and streamline operating processes to improve/simplify sales processes
• In-charge of the maintenance (including updates/ communications/ handling Sales queries) for Group SME Banking forms and checklist, SOP
• Support the development/ user testing of product program’s system parameters and codes.
• Conducts research & benchmarking studies of other competitors & marketplace and the research & analysis of new products & services, including industry value chain assessments.
• Act as liaison with Bank Negara, Government Agencies on product regulatory matters and compliance issues, and Bank Negara Credit Risk Review (CRR) related matters for Group SME Banking
