Job summary

RHB Banking Group in Kedah is seeking an SME sales professional to drive premium production and manage the sales team. You will focus on retaining existing clients, developing new business, and ensuring growth in line with the bank's requirements.

The role involves coordinating expansion plans, achieving profitability targets, and cross-selling Bank/Group products to grow the SME portfolio. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience in relevant industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist to achieve set production target & targeted profitability.
• Assist in developing and coordinate expansion plan for growth from group source.
• In charge of coordinating collection activities to ensure outstanding premium is within manageable level.
• Service all existing SME customers parked at the branch
• Cross sell all Bank/Group products
• Enhance market share through new customer acquisitions and / or existing PLM portfolio.
• Grow SME deposits.
• Refer non-PLM cases to CBBC.
• Ensure compliance of conditions precedent.
• Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable threshold
