Bangkok Bank Malaysia is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation frameworks. You will partner with HRBPs to ensure reward offerings align with Bank goals and regulatory requirements.

As a custodian of the Human Capital Manual and to ensure the manual is complete, reviewed and updated on a timely basis.
To periodically review compensation framework and benefit plans including the job matching exercise to ensure the Bank's overall reward offerings are relevant, current, and in line with the Bank's goals in driving the desired behavior.
Plan and manage the Performance Management and Annual Review exercises,working in partnership with the HRBPs to execute the process.
Administer the Insurance including annual renewals and refunds and also SOCSO claim matters.
Manage the annual budget management and cost-monitoring.
Responsible for the monthly payroll cycle, managing the payroll vendor in ensuring earnings, deductions and payments are executed accurately and timely.
Responsible for the year-end tax filing, managing the vendor in ensuring EA forms, E form, remuneration declaration for key personnel etc. are executed in an accurate and timely manner.
Perform validation and checking on all pay elements processed by payroll vendor.
Manages the end-to-end of the expatriate management process i.e. obtaining approvals from regulators, facilitating the relocation and/or repatriation, monitoring of the permits, etc.
To complete and submit critical and regulatory reporting.
Preparation of monthly report, compilation of data, data analysis and must be able to meet established report deadlines.
Ensure updated and accuracy of employee data into HR system.
Monitor the performance of the payroll and system vendors, and to ensure the Bank gets sufficient support from the vendors as and when there are issues.
A recognised degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experienced Compensation & Benefits professional with 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions.
Proven ability to consult and influence stakeholders across various levels.
High attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality in deliverables.
A team player who is also capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to draft Board papers with clear and concise information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
