Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead Total Rewards, pay alignment, and data integrity across the organization. You will drive compensation programs, equity, and benefits while advising on market competitiveness and policy alignment.

Total Rewards Administration: Manage and execute compensation, performance bonuses, equity, and employee benefits programs.
Pay Alignment & Advisory: Review pay changes, analyze job families, and coach managers to ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with corporate policy.
HR Operations & Data Integrity: Oversee daily HR systems, employee data accuracy, leave administration, reporting, and team management while safeguarding confidential information.
Payroll & Attendance Integration: Partner with Payroll to process pay adjustments, track time and attendance, and resolve discrepancies.
Vendor & Benefits Management: Liaise with insurance providers and benefits vendors to deliver cost-effective health and wellness initiatives.
Compliance & Audit Readiness: Ensure full adherence to local labor laws, execute mandatory statutory pay updates, and lead internal and government labor audits.
Strategic & Operational Support: Support company-wide policies, contribute to operational strategies, supervise assigned staff, and handle ad-hoc projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
5–10 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on Compensation & Benefits, preferably in a large public manufacturing company/factory setting.
Strong capability in HR metrics, data and impact analysis, cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculation, and globally integrated solution design.
