Job summary

V-Series International Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Technical Coordinator to assist in daily operations, coordinate installation teams, and ensure projects meet schedule and technical standards.

You will review requirements, provide technical support, conduct site inspections, and assist in testing, commissioning, and handover. Travel to project sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in LED display, digital signage, AV, electrical or system installation is an advantage.

Job description

Assist in managing and coordinating the daily operations of the Technical Department.

Coordinate technical teams for project installation, testing and commissioning.

Plan and arrange manpower, equipment, tools and materials required for projects.

Review project requirements, drawings, specifications and technical details.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for LED displays, digital signage, audio-visual systems and related equipment.

Conduct site inspections and coordinate with clients, contractors and project teams on technical matters.

Monitor project progress and ensure installation works are completed according to schedule and specifications.

Assist in testing, commissioning and handover of completed projects.

Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers when necessary.

Ensure proper documentation of technical work, including installation reports, job sheet records and project handover documents.

Monitor the condition and usage of technical tools, equipment and spare parts.

Assist in training and guiding technicians to improve technical skills and work quality.

Ensure technicians follow proper safety procedures and company standards.

Support the Management in resolving technical issues and improving departmental workflow.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering, IT, AV/Multimedia or a related field.

Experience in LED display, digital signage, AV, electrical or system installation is an advantage.

Experience in supervising or coordinating technicians/installation teams.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Able to read and understand technical drawings/specifications.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
