Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Experience in a manufacturing environment or knowledge of ERP/SAP is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily/weekly supply chain reports.
Monitor outstanding and critical parts status.
Follow up with Operation Buyers on overdue and critical materials.
Coordinate with Operations/Production teams on material availability.
Track and update outstanding issues and follow-up actions.
Highlight potential material shortages and delivery delays.
Support other Supply Chain and Operations activities as required.
