MEP Enviro Technology Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Crushing Assistant Supervisor to oversee daily crushing operations, ensure production schedules are met, and monitor output and material recovery.
You will supervise operators, conduct toolbox meetings, coordinate with maintenance, ensure safety and PPE usage, and maintain production records and KPIs.

Crushing Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor
Supervise and coordinate daily crushing activities to ensure production schedules and targets are achieved.
Monitor production output, machine utilization, productivity, and material recovery rates.
Ensure crushing operations are carried out in accordance with established work instructions and operating procedures.
Coordinate material flow to ensure smooth production operations
Supervise operators, machine attendants, and production workers during assigned shifts
Conduct daily toolbox meetings, shift briefings, and handover sessions.
Report equipment breakdowns, abnormalities, and maintenance requirements promptly.
Coordinate with the Maintenance Department on preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure machinery is operated safely and efficiently.
Monitor material segregation, contamination control, and product quality throughout the crushing process.
Ensure compliance with company safety rules, environmental requirements, and operational procedures.
Promote proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Prepare and maintain daily production reports, downtime reports, attendance records, and operational documentation.
Monitor and report departmental KPIs, including productivity, quality, downtime, and manpower utilization.
Ensure production records are accurate and properly maintained.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior.
Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Technology, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, recycling, plastic processing, crushing, or production operations.
Supervisory experience in a production environment is preferred.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prepare reports and maintain production record
