Job summary

Brilionjaya sdn bhd is seeking an Assistant for Supervision and Team Development to work across Kösa Coffee outlets in Kuala Lumpur. You will support managers with inspections, training, and daily operations, while developing outlet teams and maintaining service standards.

The role requires 1–3 years in F&B or retail operations, with strong communication and leadership skills. Travel between outlets is expected as part of the job. Career growth into regional operations is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in F&B, café, restaurant, hospitality, or retail ops.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit outlets regularly for spot checks and inspections.
• Monitor service standards, cleanliness, grooming and SOPs.
• Identify issues and follow up with outlets for improvements.
• Guide outlet teams and provide assistance when needed.
• Assist with staff performance, onboarding and development.
• Support stock control, wastage checks and reporting.
• Handle customer complaints and service recovery when required.
• Support new openings, campaigns and events.
• Prepare updates and report findings to the Manager.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by Management.
