Job summary

KÖSA Coffee in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a responsible Café Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations across our outlets. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and outlet teams to uphold service standards, product quality, and overall operational efficiency.

You will lead shifts, supervise baristas and service crew, manage inventory and stock, handle customer enquiries and feedback, and coach new staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in café/restaurant/F&B/hospitality operations.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
• Hands-on and able to work closely with outlet teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow across shifts.
• Supervise, guide, and support baristas and service crew during daily operations.
• Maintain beverage, food, recipe, presentation, and service standards.
• Monitor outlet cleanliness, hygiene, equipment and customer areas.
• Manage inventory, stock counts, shortages, and wastage.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Assist with staff scheduling, shift planning, attendance, and manpower arrangements.
• Conduct onboarding and training for new team members.
• Coach existing team members and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure SOPs, safety requirements, opening/closing checklists, and procedures are followed.
