Job summary

Menara Maxis is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales at the Maxis Center in AEON Shah Alam. You will educate customers on Maxis products, process transactions, and contribute to cross-selling opportunities.

The role requires flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed. The ideal candidate brings a diploma or degree in business/marketing, strong English and Bahasa Malaysia, and proven retail sales experience in telecom.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
• Proven experience in customer service or retail sales in telecommunications is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; local language proficiency is a plus.
• Results-oriented with ability to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and sales support at the Maxis Center.
• Educate customers on Maxis products, services, and promotions to drive sales.
• Process subscriptions, upgrades and transactions accurately and promptly.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets for mobile plans, devices, broadband and value-added services.
• Maintain stock, handle cash, and keep accurate customer records.
