Job summary

You will develop spa menus, implement marketing strategies, ensure health and safety compliance, train staff, and coordinate with other departments to maximize revenue while maintaining the spa's atmosphere and standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a spa management or supervisory role, preferably in a luxury or hotel setting.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of spa treatments, products, and wellness trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and spa operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations: manage guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and budgets.
• Maximize revenue opportunities: develop spa menus and implement marketing and merchandising strategies.
• Maintain spa facilities: ensure areas and equipment are clean and in good working order.
• Enhance guest satisfaction: monitor service trends, respond to feedback, implement improvements.
