Qualifications

• Previous experience in spa management or supervisory role.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of spa treatments, products, and wellness trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-centric approach.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations: Manage guest service, product quality, inventory, systems, and departmental budgets to ensure spa performance.
• Maximize revenue opportunities: Develop spa menus and implement marketing strategies to support revenue growth.
• Maintain spa facilities: Ensure spa areas and equipment are well-maintained and clean.
• Enhance guest satisfaction: Monitor service trends and implement improvements to elevate the guest experience.
• Inspire and develop the team: Coach and mentor team members, conduct evaluations, and recognize achievements.
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Inventory & Resource Management: Manage spa supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
