KEM Builder Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor / Internship Engineer to support daily site operations and project teams. The role welcomes fresh graduates and internship students, requiring basic AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Candidate will assist site activities, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and help in site reporting, safety, and meetings.

Qualificações

• Diploma/degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Fresh graduates and internship students are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel to construction sites when required.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Site Supervisor/Project Team in daily site activities.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.
• Assist in preparing site reports, measurements and documentation.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the construction site.
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving site issues.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager/Site Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Site Supervisor / Project Team in managing daily site activities.

Monitor and coordinate construction works to ensure work is carried our accordng to drawings, specifications and schedule.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and site workers.

Assist in preparing site reports, measurements and documentation.

Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the construction site.

Attend site meetings and assist in resolving site issues.

Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager / Site Supervisor.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Internship students are welcome to apply.

Previous construction site experience will be an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work at construction sites and travel when required.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Possess a valid driving license is an advantage.
