is seeking an Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager (Residential) in Kuala Lumpur to drive residential property sales, mainly new launches, while managing the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, viewings, negotiations, and closing. The role requires 3–5 years in residential property sales, strong Bahasa Malaysia and English, and capability to develop marketing campaigns and sales materials.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in residential property sales.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; other language a plus.

• Drive residential property sales, mainly new launches, and achieve targets.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, prospecting, viewings, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital media, events, roadshows) to generate quality leads.
• Create sales materials and online content for project promotions and advertisements.
• Track and analyze marketing performance and implement improvements.

• Provide professional property investment advice and after-sales support to homebuyers and investors.
• Represent the company at launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and property events.
• Update and maintain the CRM system; prepare and submit weekly sales reports.
• Guide and support team members as needed.

Drive residential property sales, mainly new launches, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Manage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, prospecting, viewings, presentations, negotiations, and closing.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital media, events, roadshows, etc) to generate quality leads
• Create sales materials and online content for project promotions and advertisements
• Track and analyze marketing performance, implementing improvements where necessary
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, prospects, and business partners
• Provide professional property investment advice and after-sales support to homebuyers and investors
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing and positioning strategies
• Represent the company at launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and property events
• Update and maintain the CRM system; prepare and submit weekly sales reports
• Guide and support team members as needed

About you

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in residential property sales
• Able to converse fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Other language is a plus
• Digital marketing knowledge and social media savvy
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
