Job summary

NCT PMC SDN BHD is seeking an experienced professional to lead sales and marketing for its property development projects. You will develop strategies, guide pricing, and collaborate with consultants to ensure competitive market positioning.

The role requires 8+ years in property sales & marketing, strong leadership, and excellent interpersonal skills. You will work with agents and financiers to smooth the sales process and manage the sales office operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 8 years working experience in Property Sales & Marketing.
• Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, positive and ability to deliver results.
• Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Some knowledge of laws governing the property industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis for pricing strategies and marketing plans.
• Formulate and conduct pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal/external project consultants on design development.
• Compile and update reports related to sales, budgeting and targets.
• Develop marketing and promotional materials aligned with project plans.
• Recruit, train, coach, motivate and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Coordinate with agents and financiers to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Oversee operations of sales galleries and sales offices.
• Attend to agents/customer inquiries on property information and loan applications.

Job description

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales target.

Conduct relevant research and trend analysis in order to ensure the project`s market competitiveness, best pricing strategies, appropriate marketing & sales strategies and formulation of new & effective marketing plans.

Formulation and conducting pricing strategies.

To work closely with internal/external project consultants on the design development.

Compile and update relevant reports related to sales, budgeting and targets on regular basis.

Responsible for the development of marketing & promotional materials in line with individual project’s marketing plan and activities.

Recruit, train, coach, motivate and manage sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

To work closely with agents, bankers, etc to make sure smooth sales procedure.

Ensure smooth operation of sales gallery & sales office.

To attend and assist agents/customer enquiries on property information, loan application and end-financiers

Perform any other duties & responsibility which the company may assign from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent.

At least 8 years working experience in Property Sales & Marketing, preferable in the property development and real estate industry.

Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills in building relationship regardless of internal or external.

Self-motivated, positive and ability to deliver results.

Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office.

Some knowledge of laws governing the property industry.
