You will supervise scheduling, stock, recruitment, and training while maintaining top service standards and店 profitability, with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience planning staffing, recruitment, and training programmes.
• Strong communication and time-management skills for fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and inspire restaurant team to perform at their best.
• Manage schedules, stock levels, and ensure smooth operations.
• Drive cost control and profitability while maintaining service quality.
• Plan manpower and recruit/train staff; support staff development.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and legal compliance of the restaurant.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives to grow sales.
