Job summary

Grand Nation Builder Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support cost control, measurement, and documentation on our projects.

You will work closely with the Quantity Surveyor to prepare BQ, cost estimates, tender documents, and quotations, and to carry out quantity take-offs from structural and architectural drawings. The role requires reading drawings, performing take-offs, assisting with progress claims and variations, and coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in structural and architectural projects preferred.
• Able to read structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of quantity take-off and measurement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Responsibilities
