Job summary

Hotel Royal Limited in Kuala Lumpur seeks an Assistant Purchasing Manager cum Cost Controller to support daily purchasing activities, supplier sourcing, price negotiations and cost control within the Finance/Purchasing department.

The role requires a diploma/degree in relevant fields, at least 3 years of hotel experience, and strong skills in Excel and Netsuite. You will monitor costs, perform stock checks and prepare monthly reports in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Purchasing or Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant hotel experience.
• Knowledge of hotel purchasing, inventory and cost control procedures.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage costing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Netsuite System and hotel operating systems.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Honest, responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Assistant Purchasing Manager cum Cost Controller supporting daily purchasing activities and procurement operations within the Finance/Purchasing department.
