Hotel Royal Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Operations Manager reporting to the General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, coordinating Rooms Division, Housekeeping, F&B, Security and Maintenance to ensure smooth, safe, and high-standard service.

You will optimize performance, lead a diverse team, manage costs, and work with department heads to resolve issues and enhance guest experience while maintaining SOPs and local compliance.

Qualifikationen

• 5-8 years of hotel operations experience, preferably in a 4- or 5-star property.
• Experience coordinating Rooms Division, Housekeeping, F&B, Security and Maintenance.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and staff management.

This role will report directly to the General Manager. You will oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth, efficient, and effective management, supervising and coordinating all key operational departments, including Rooms Division, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage (F&B), Security, and Maintenance. About you

• Previous experience in the hotel industry would be an advantage.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant hotel operations experience, preferably in a 4-star or 5-star hotel.
• Proven experience in managing or coordinating Rooms Division, Housekeeping, F&B, Security, and Maintenance operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of hotel operations, service standards, budgeting, cost control, and staff management.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and lead a diverse team.
• Hands-on, proactive, responsible, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
