Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Identify potential risks and implement proactive risk management strategies.
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, consultants, and senior management.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, contract requirements, and industry standards.
Monitor project performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and performance management for the project team.
Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement on site.
Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
3-6 years of proven experience as a Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry.
Hands-on experience managing at least two core functions such as technical, quantity surveying, or site operations.
Successfully managed and delivered at least one full project cycle from start to completion.
Excellent leadership, team coordination, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
Sharp analytical thinking and risk awareness, with the ability to identify and resolve on-site challenges swiftly.
Proficient in cost control, schedule management, quality assurance, and compliance with Malaysian engineering and safety regulations.
Required languages: Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
