Job summary

San Francisco Coffee is seeking a Supervisor in Penang to oversee daily outlet operations, lead a barista team, and ensure smooth opening/closing, cashier control, and stock management. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist and report to Assistant Manager / Outlet Manager on outlet operation matters.
• Lead and demonstrate the team the operation process according SOP.
• Ensure opening and closing processes run smoothly and per SOP.
• Oversee cashier operations to ensure accuracy and SOP adherence.
• Monitor and implement marketing promotions in the outlet.
• Verify daily cash flow and perform bank-in according to SOP.
• Manage stock ordering and receiving to ensure good condition.
• Train, guide and supervise baristas to develop them into top performers.
• Identify opportunities to maximize sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Provide high-quality service and motivate the team to do the same.
• Assist Outlet Manager with paperwork and reporting.
