Job summary

Lucky Cup Coffee Café is seeking an Outlet Manager to oversee daily café operations, mentor baristas, and drive customer satisfaction. The role requires leadership, F&B knowledge, and a focus on quality coffee preparation and service.

You will manage staff scheduling, inventory, and ensure compliance with safety standards while delivering strong sales performance. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is preferred, with Mandarin as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma in F&B Management, Hospitality or related field.
• 2–3 years in F&B with at least 1 year in a managerial role; coffee chain experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations.
• Leadership and people management skills.
• Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the café team to meet operational standards and sales targets.
• Supervise daily café operations, staff scheduling, inventory and cleanliness.
• Train and coach baristas and service staff to uphold standards.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
• Monitor costs, wastage, and stock levels for efficiency.
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Support marketing and promotions to boost visibility and sales.
• Report performance and issues to Area Manager/Head Office.
