Tiger Force Sdn Bhd is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager for security services to support operations across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. This hands-on role focuses on deployment, rostering and client coordination.

You will oversee security personnel, attend client meetings, manage duty rosters, monitor attendance, and provide timely reports while ensuring high operational standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia.
• Age 21-45 years old.
• Experience in security operations and manpower deployment is preferred.
• Experience in rostering or site supervision will be an advantage.
• Must possess a valid motorcycle and/or motorcar driving licence.
• Must have own transportation and be willing to travel throughout Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
• Able to attend weekend or urgent operational matters when necessary.
• Able to prepare simple written reports and operational updates.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the deployment of security personnel to client sites.
• Prepare and coordinate duty rosters and manpower schedules.
• Arrange buffer and replacement guards for absenteeism or emergencies.
• Coordinate hostel and accommodation arrangements for security personnel.
• Coordinate transportation between hostels, office and client sites.

• Conduct site assessments and security inspections.
• Attend client meetings, site visits and tender briefings.
• Communicate professionally with clients and site personnel.
• Follow up on operational, manpower and site-related issues.
• Assist mobilisation and commencement of new security assignments.
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor performance and standards.
• Prepare simple site assessment reports and manpower updates.

ASSISTANT OPERATIONS MANAGER - SECURITY SERVICES

Tiger Force Sdn Bhd is looking for a responsible, hands-on and operationally driven Assistant Operations Manager to support our security operations across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

Industry: Private Security Services

Employment: Full-Time

Basic Salary: RM2,300 per month

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: Half Day

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the deployment of security personnel to client sites.

Prepare and coordinate duty rosters and manpower schedules.

Assist in arranging buffer and replacement guards for absenteeism, emergency leave and manpower shortages.

Coordinate hostel and accommodation arrangements for security personnel.

Coordinate transportation and movement of guards between hostels, office and client sites.

Monitor daily manpower strength, attendance and deployment status.

Conduct site assessments and security inspections.

Attend client meetings, site visits, tender briefings and tender site inspections.

Communicate professionally with clients, property management, JMB/MC representatives and site personnel.

Follow up and assist in resolving operational, manpower and site-related issues.

Assist with the mobilisation and commencement of new security assignments.

Conduct periodic site visits to monitor guard performance, discipline, attendance, grooming and operational standards.

Prepare simple site assessment reports, operational reports and manpower updates.

Assist the Operations Manager with other day-to-day operational requirements.

Requirements:

Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia.

Age 21-45 years old.

Previous experience in the security services industry is preferred.

Experience in security operations, manpower deployment, rostering or site supervision will be an advantage.

Must possess a valid motorcycle and/or motorcar driving licence.

Must have own transportation.

Able and willing to travel throughout Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.

Must be flexible to attend to weekend or urgent operational matters when necessary.

Able to communicate professionally with clients and security personnel.

Able to prepare simple written reports and operational updates.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and WhatsApp.

Responsible, disciplined, organised and able to work independently.

Able to handle manpower shortages and operational issues calmly and efficiently.

Must have no criminal record and be able to pass company background screening.
