Active Force Security Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced security operations manager to oversee day-to-day service delivery and supervision of the operations team in Malaysia. You will monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and replacements while maintaining service standards and client satisfaction.

Oversee the day-to-day operations and delivery of security services. Monitor security personnel deployment, attendance, manpower requirements and replacement arrangements. Supervise and review the performance of the Operations team to ensure assigned duties are properly carried out.
Key responsibilitiesConduct regular and random site visits to verify manpower deployment, attendance, discipline, appearance and service standards
Cross-check actual site conditions against operational reports and take corrective action where necessary
Oversee the discipline, performance, attendance and general conduct of security personnel
Ensure adequate manpower coverage and timely replacement of absent or unavailable security personnel
Work closely with HR & Admin on recruitment and manpower requirements
Maintain strong working relationships with existing clients and site representatives
Lead discussions and negotiations with clients for new contracts and contract renewals, including service scope, manpower requirements and operational arrangements
Attend to client complaints, operational issues and security incidents, ensuring timely investigation and resolution
Ensure security personnel comply with company procedures, client requirements and site instructions
Provide regular updates to management on manpower, deployment, site inspections, client matters, incidents and other operational issues
About youMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience in security operations or operational management, preferably within the commercial security services industry
Strong practical experience in security manpower deployment, site operations, guard supervision, attendance, replacement arrangements and site inspections
Proven experience in supervising security personnel and managing operational teams
Good knowledge of security protocols, procedures and practices, including the ability to monitor and maintain service standards
Knowledge of relevant Malaysian laws, regulations and requirements relating to security, safety and occupational health
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written
Good understanding of budgeting, manpower costing and operational reports, with the ability to review and interpret relevant operational data
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting
Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making and negotiation skills
Possess a valid driving licence
