Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead a department, drive KPI-based improvements, and optimize machining workflows. You will plan routing, monitor outputs, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality.

The role requires strong GD&T skills, CNC/MasterCAM programming knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments for project success. Candidates with a Diploma or technical background in metal production are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong in reading and interpreting technical drawings and GD&T knowledge.
• Experience with CNC and MasterCAM programming.
• Understand tooling criteria, machining applications and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a department to achieve company goals and business objectives.
• Generate KPI reports and continuous improvement plans.
• Plan production routing and cycle times for new machining parts.
• Review daily production output and machine utilization.
• Oversee work to meet customer deadlines and maintain product quality.
• Provide technical support for daily manufacturing processes.
• Motivate and lead a small team to ensure quality-based production.
• Organize work areas for maximum efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with related departments to resolve design and material issues.
