Job summary

Lendlease is a real estate company with a diverse portfolio, including Setia City Mall in Shah Alam. We are seeking a Marketing Executive/Assistant to drive campaigns, collaborate with tenants and agencies, and manage brand initiatives in a busy retail environment.

Role requires a degree in Marketing, 3+ years mall/retail marketing experience, flexible hours, and strong design skills with Illustrator and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a shopping mall / retail marketing environment for the Executive position.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with a strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and communications initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive footfall, and boost sales.
• Collaborate closely with tenants, agencies, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless implementation of marketing activities.
• Manage external partners to meet quality standards, timelines, and brand guidelines.
• Provide assistance to tenants and vendors on marketing and promotional matters.
• Help manage the mall’s loyalty program, including member engagement, redemption activities, and campaign support.

About the Role
