Job summary

Best Eternity Recycle Technology Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an Assistant Manager (Recruitment & Training) to drive recruitment strategies and training initiatives. You will lead the recruitment team to attract talent, implement SOPs, and ensure KPIs are met while developing localised talent pools.

The role also covers designing training programs, evaluating their effectiveness, and aligning HR policies with regulatory requirements to support organisational goals.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and training.

Assistant Manager (Recruitment & Training)

Responsible for development and implementation of recruitment strategies, policy and SOPs to attract and hire qualified candidates.

Screening and shortlisting job applicants for interviews, conducting preliminary assessments, background checks and provide leadership to recruitment team to achieve KPIs.

Responsible for talent management, talent pool development policies, project implementation and meeting related KPIs. Actively involved in localisation initiatives and programs.

Develop and manage multiple recruitment channel, measure effectiveness periodically and make improvement continuously.

Developing and managing training programs and initiatives to enhance employees’ competencies, skills and knowledge.

Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements.

Keep abreast with up-to-date industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and training and highlight to management team necessary changes.

Assisting in the development of HR policies and procedures and ensuring their effective implementation.

Participating in various employee performance management programs, improvement projects and initiatives to support the organization's desired goals.

Addressing employee engagement issues (onboarding and offboarding processes) and providing feasible solutions/programs substantiated with effectiveness analytical data.

Providing timely support in managing overall HR team activities and accomplish delegated tasks within timeline.
