- Coordinate customer orders from PO receipt through procurement, delivery, invoicing and closure, including sales orders, purchase requisitions and vendor POs.
- Work with internal teams to monitor outstanding orders, supplier lead times and delivery commitments, resolve delays and maintain accurate SAP records.
Billing, Collection & Financial Tracking
- Coordinate invoicing against delivery or project milestones, monitor project costs and follow up on outstanding customer payments with Finance.
- Maintain billing and collection trackers, prepare forecasts and highlight overdue payments or issues requiring attention.
Documentation, Reporting & Follow‑Up
- Maintain organised project and tender records, including version control, milestone trackers and action logs.
- Prepare updates on project progress, orders, deliveries, billing and collections, and recommend practical process improvements.
What You’ll Bring
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in project administration, tender coordination, sales operations or order fulfilment.
- Practical experience in tender preparation, PO processing, procurement coordination, delivery tracking, invoicing and payment follow‑up.
- Hands‑on SAP experience in sales order processing, purchasing and reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for project tracking, costing and financial monitoring.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage several projects and competing deadlines.
- A proactive approach, attention to detail and ownership of tasks through to completion.
- Experience in ICT, telecommunications, engineering, systems integration or technology is preferred. Experience in a senior coordination or supervisory role would be an advantage.
Why Join Us?
- See the full project journey: Be involved from tender preparation through delivery, billing and closure.
- Build broader experience: Work with different departments, customers, vendors and technology principals.
- Make a visible contribution: Help resolve operational challenges and improve how projects are coordinated.
If you enjoy hands‑on coordination and take pride in getting things done, we’d love to hear from you.
