Job summary

Projek Lebuhraya Usahasama Bhd is seeking a professional to coordinate KPI planning on behalf of the Head of Department for approval and tracking. The role includes assisting refurbishment works at Toll Plaza, Region & Section and responding to customer complaints with the relevant department.

The candidate will apply technical knowledge to support project execution, review drawings and documentation, and participate in site visits to ensure timely completion within contract terms and regulatory

Qualifications

• BSc in Architecture or Construction Project or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in related field or project management.
• Experience in site supervision and highway/road projects optional.
• Able to work under minimum supervision and contribute to objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate KPI planning on behalf of HOD for management approval and tracking.
• Assist refurbishment works at Toll Plaza, Region & Section.
• Assist in providing information and documentation for customer complaints.
• Apply technical and professional knowledge to meet user/regulatory requirements.
• Conduct technical reviews of drawings, bill of quantities, and specifications.
• Attend site visits and progress meetings for supervision and control.
• Monitor construction cost to stay within budget; variations not exceeding 10%.
• Check claims, variation orders, EOT and other contractual documentation.
• Prepare letters, meeting minutes, reports and related documents.

Job description

Job Description:

1. To coordinate on behalf of HOD in the Department's Key Performance Index (KPI) planning for management approval and tracking of final achievement.


2. To assist the coordination and execution of refurbishment works at Toll Plaza, Region & Section.


3. To assist in providing information and any other related documentation in responding to customer complaints with the relevant Department/Section.


4. Applying technical and professional knowledge in assisting the execution of assigned projects to meet the user requirement and regulatory requirements.


5. To assist in conducting the technical review of technical detailed design drawings, bill of quantities, specifications as well as compiling feedback from other technical and operations departments to ensure the completeness of the Tender and Contract Document.


6. To assist in conducting/attending site visits and progress meetings to ensure the proper supervision and control of the projects for completion within the contract period.


7. To assist in monitoring and controlling the construction cost to be within the approved budget and any variation not to exceed the 10% limitation of the original contract sum.


8. To assist in checking all claims, variation orders, extension of time and other contractual documentation for the proper execution and administration of the contracts.


9. To assist in preparing letters, minutes of meetings/discussions, reports and any related documentations required for the execution and completion of the projects.

Qualifications

• BSc in Architecture / Construction Project or any equivalent technical qualifications.


• Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience and background in related field and/or knowledge in related architectural field, project management, site supervision and work capacity in highway operations.


• Able to work under minimum supervision and contribute full efforts to meet the objective and goal assigned
